List of all Members of the Adapex Network
This table is annex to the “Adapex TOS – Ad network and operation agreement” (hereinafter, the “TOS”).
The document summarizes within it all the Adapex Network the Members essential information inherent in the contracts signed by the Datrix Group Companies with them, namely:
- a) Business name of the business partner;
- b) Registered office;
- c) Type of contract signed;
- d) Date of signing;
- e) Duration of the contract;
- f) Link to business partner’s privacy policy.
The document is updated and supplemented by Datrix Group whenever:
- a) a new business agreement is signed with one of the Companies;
- b) one of the essential elements of the contracts already signed is changed;
- c) the existing business relationship between the Company and the business partner ceases.
The document update, therefore, is carried out only in conjunction with such eventualities. In any case, in order to avert possible errors and/or distortions, Datrix Group undertakes to periodically check its correctness.
Persons who will have access to the document (including, for example, business partners) are expressly prohibited from:
- a) alter the information within the document;
- b) provide false and misleading information pertaining to one of the Companies or the Datrix Group;
- c) share the document with individuals who have not been previously authorized by the Datrix Group or one of the Companies.
