Situation
quefaire.be, a leading online platform for events and activities in Belgium, connects highly engaged users with local experiences, cultural outings, and family-friendly entertainment. With a loyal audience and steady traffic, the site provides strong contextual relevance for advertisers targeting regional and interest-based segments.
When quefaire.be first partnered with Adapex, we managed 50% of their traffic. Performance was below target, and revenue results did not meet expectations. The client chose to monetize only through banner ads, with no interstitials, native ads, or videos, meaning all revenue improvements had to come from optimizations within the display format.

Strategy
To improve yield and better leverage quefaire.be’s traffic, we implemented a series of targeted enhancements:
- Integrated AdSense into the Google Ad Manager (GAM) setup, unlocking new revenue potential.
- Expanded demand access by onboarding additional SSPs tailored to the site’s needs.
- Introduced new ad sizes across select placements to increase fill and CPMs.
- Maintained partner collaboration, working alongside quefaire.be’s direct relationships with GumGum and ImproveDigital.
Results
The improvements were significant. Just four months after the initial go-live, Adapex was promoted to handle 100% of the site’s traffic, outperforming previous benchmarks, including the previous ad ops provider
Comparing November–December 2023 to the same period in 2024 (with traffic levels held stable), quefaire.be experienced:
- +21.40% growth in total revenue
- +21.35% increase in RPS
- +15.44% boost in RPM
These gains reflect the strength of our custom GAM strategy, responsive service, and hands-on optimization approach.
Client Testimonial
“We’re really pleased with both the performance improvements and the support from Adapex. The team is responsive, easy to work with, and collaborates seamlessly with our existing monetization partners.”
