After performing a comprehensive site audit, the first thing that Adapex did was to immediately fix ad sizes and units. Ads were loading too large, filling the page and negatively affecting user experience. We have also introduced bid caching and have recommended lazy loading. Viewability is a key metric for advertisers: the higher the viewability the higher the CPMs.
And, as Google Core Web Vitals (“CWV”) becomes increasingly important, bid caching and lazy loading help improve page speed, the first critical pillar to CWV. In turn, this further enhances user experience as well as CPMs and RPMs.
